Description
1-6 celebrates the beauty of aluminum not through craft or engineering, but through intrinsic value expressed by polished surfaces, dense mass, and absence of superimposed form.
The pieces show their history. Each piece of 1-6 has a unique serial number as each block is one of a kind in a growing series.
Made from raw aluminum, a very soft material. Signs of wear show immediately, and, as such, raw aluminum feels organic, warm.
